Guideline
As per Income Tax guidelines, Lotus Worldwide Research Foundation issues Certificate 10BE for all contributions. Contributors are required to provide their full name, complete address, and a government-recognized identification number to avail tax benefits. All funds received are used strictly for educational, research, internship, scholarship, and community empowerment programs and are maintained with full transparency. Interns and scholarship recipients must provide valid academic and identity documents and complete program requirements to receive certificates. All collaborations, partnerships, and projects adhere to the organization’s principles of integrity, inclusivity, and sustainability, and annual audits ensure proper fund utilization. Contributor information and student data are kept confidential and used only for verification, recordkeeping, and statutory reporting purposes.
